You will automatically receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete. If you do not see it in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder. You will receive an additional email with your tracking number within 3-4 days.

Deliveries are made by our courier from Monday to Friday, during working hours. Two delivery attempts are planned; if both are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the sender.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address unless you notify our customer service team within 24 hours of purchase.

All orders are processed automatically, so it is not possible to speed up or delay shipping times.
